Lisamarie Hatch

Letter Service Supervisor

I have served at CRISTA Ministries since 1996 and have had the pleasure of supervising CRISTA Letter Service since 2001. My responsibilities include print production of letters and enclosures, invoicing, and payment posting for billable accounts.

 

 

Kathy Treece

Letter Designer/Editor

It has been a joy to be a part of CRISTA Letter Service since 1997. My responsibilities include opening and answering emails, proofreading letters, scanning and improving photos, finding graphics, and formatting letters when needed. I prepare and email list printouts upon request, and am always on the lookout for new communication tools and methods to enhance letters.

 

 

Susan Douglas

Letter Service Assistant

I've served with CRISTA Ministries since 2002 and joined CRISTA Letter Service in 2005. I insert, meter and post the letters, and assist with their production. I also do the data entry needed to maintain each mailing list.

 

 

 

Christine Smith

Letter Service Assistant

I have been with CRISTA Ministries since August 2006. My job function for the letter service is printing the envelopes for the mailings. When it is needed, I also assist with data entry and letter preparation.
